Our Company

Founded because of necessity…

Epic interiors & Construction Inc began as a General contracting firm and had an overabundance of requests for post water and mold damage repairs and reconstruction. These came from insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC servicers, and home and business owners.

After discovering there was so much dissatisfaction in the industry and lack of full service start to finish options our 24/7 Restoration division was established. The goal was to offer dedicated and comprehensive options for those who need help.

Having now served all of Orange County for over a decade with a very experienced staff, we are setup and capable of addressing a multitude of different scenarios. We are happy to be a local company you can depend on.

With so many factors that come into play when dealing with flooding damage, small or large. The feedback we have received from all of our wonderful customers has only strengthened our commitment to helping the community when in need.

A brief History

2007

Founding
Founding member and President, Mr. Travis C. Bowen had been working with a company doing project management and remodel work around the Orange County area. Having worked with a few other firms prior to, he had decided to plan for opening his own business with a vision for a new contracting services and custom options for all homeowners. He received his general contractors license and went to work on a few projects consisting of mostly smaller bathroom and kitchen renovations.
2008
First Steps
Travis took his first steps in organizing and opening a office location based out of Laguna Hills. Because of the volume of inquiries as to whether he does both water damage restoration and repairs he decided it only made sense to open a department that accommodates a full service option. The certification was acquired and all necessary equipment and vehicles. A manager was hired to help set the foundation for 24/7 Restoration. The company was registered as a certified IICRC Firm.

2008
2013

Hiring new team members
The decision was made to expand and dive deeper into the competitive market of recognized water damage service providers. A new team of like minded professionals were hired on. The qualified individuals were beyond experienced in the industry practices not limited to water damage restoration, construction background, excellent customer service, and marketing strategies.
2015
Established a working network and added staff.
After a successful couple of years and focus on customer feedback the company established a great working relationship with both plumbers and property managers. This helped expand the water and mold division immensely. More technicians were hired on and trained to accommodate 24/7 Restoration’s protocols and policies with the inclusion of more functional work vehicles. This continued for the next couple of years.

2015
2020

Expansion and New Location
Another milestone was achieved when the company decided it had outgrown it’s original office location. The need for more shop space and offices was apparent and it was time to once again expand. Epic and 24/7 divisions needed room for more equipment and work space to accommodate the greater need for both water damage and custom remodeling vehicles, tools, and machinery. The end result was amazing! This opened even more opportunities to service more Orange County residents.
